Registration Limit: 3 Classes per week. (The Virtual Conditiong Class does NOT count towards this limit.)
Dance Class: You will be leanring a new dance each week.
Flex Zone: Focus on deep stretching and work on flexibility.
Flyer Training: Work on body control and leg positions.
Jump Class: Work on building muscles and technique for jumps.
Level 1 Tumbling: Work on building perfect technique for level 1 skills.
Level 2 Tumbling: Work on building perfect technique for level 2 skills.
Level 3 & Up Tumbling: Work on building perfect technique for level 3, 4 & 5 skills.
Level 1 Team Prep: AGES 5+ ONLY! Backwalkover highly reccomended. Will be working skills to prepare you for a level 1 compeitive team.
Level 2 Team Prep: Backhandspring highly reccomended. Will be working skills to prepare you for a level 2 compeitive team.
Level 3 & Up Team Prep: Will be working skills to prepare you for a level 3, 4 or 5 compeitive team.
