Swim Fitness - Swimmer Endurance Training

New class for swimmers ages 6 to 18 years!
Swim Fitness!  Wednesday's at 7:00pm

An out-of-water fitness workout class focusing on strengthening the body and specific muscles needed to improve efficiency and endurance while you swim. The program will concentrate on conditioning arms, legs, and core to strengthen your swimmer. $70 per month for a 1 hour class, 1 day per week.
