Power Tumbling WHITE
This program is designed to introduce the student to basic tumbling skills. Basic tumbling includes front and back rolls, handstands and cartwheels, and other skills needed to develop strength and flexibility. A variety of stations are designed to build a framework to enhance future success as the student progresses through the tumbling program. If any questions arise, please contact DEA.
There are no skill requirements for this level; however the student must be at least 7 years old. The students will work on front and back rolls, cartwheels, handstand drills, and also back handspring drills and body positions.
