Kids Gym

Class Description

This program is designed to introduce the student to basic tumbling skills. Basic tumbling includes front and back rolls, handstands and cartwheels, and other skills needed to develop strength and flexibility. The lesson plan used in Kids Gym provides a framework to enhance future success. DEA has implemented a sticker poster system to track progress by parents and coaches. If any questions arise, feel free to contact DEA.

Class Requirements

There are age requirements for admission into this class, ages 5-6 years old. This class will involve front rolls, back rolls, beginner handstands, beginner cartwheels, and also stations enhancing balance and coordination. Parent involvement on the floor is not allowed.
